COLLECTION, USE, AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATIONWhen you book your shuttle ticket or request information we may ask some personal information about you including but not limited to: your name, phone number, email address, home address, credit card number and expiry date. Such information may be used to identify you, to contact you about your reservation or your shuttle travel, to fulfill the service you request, and to answer any inquiries about our home service pricing. If you are traveling with children aged 12 years old and under, we require their age and/or date of birth to verify if they are eligible to travel free accompanied by an adult. Aeronavette collects the minimum amount of personal information required for your travel needs or your requests for information. You may provide personal information to Aeronavette directly, though our online booking system or to an Aeronavette agent over the phone, in which case you consent to the collect and use of your personal information by Aeronavette for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. You may also provide personal information to Aeronavette through a third party, such as a travel agent or an employer making travel arrangements for you, in which case you acknowledge that these third parties are authorized by you to disclose your personal information to Aeronavette. Aeronavette may disclose your personal information with your consent or as required by law.
COOKIES AND LOG FILESAeronavette uses cookies and log files to collect aggregate information while you visit the Aeronavette website. The information collected may include, but is not limited to: your IP address, time and date of your access to the website, and other such information that cannot be used to identify you personally. Aeronavette uses aggregate information for statistical purposes and to administer and customize the Aeronavette website. If you wish to navigate the Aeronavette website without cookies, you may turn them off in your browser.
MEMBER ACCOUNTSWhen you book your shuttle ticket through our online booking system, you have the option of creating a member account and choose a user name and password. This account will allow your name, phone number, email address and address (if applicable) to be saved for future bookings, so you do not have to enter this information every time you book online. Credit card information will not be saved to your member account. A member account can only be created for one person making multiple shuttle bookings. If you are making multiple shuttle bookings for multiple passengers, you must make individual bookings; do not use a member account.
SECURITYAeronavette uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, SET (Secure Electronic Transaction) technology, and firewalls to protect your personal information. While Aeronavette makes reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, no security mechanism offers maximal security. Aeronavette makes no warranties, express or implied, that the information you provide will be secure. Aeronavette is not responsible for the acts of third parties who may access your information in an unauthorized or unlawful manner. You provide information at your own risk.
