WHOLE AGREEMENTThe Terms and Conditions set forth herein, the Privacy Policy, the reservation and the shuttle ticket constitute the whole agreement between the Parties and will supersede any previous agreements or proposals between the Parties.
JURISDICTIONThese Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of Canada and the province of Quebec. All Parties agree to subject any disagreement between them to the exclusive competence of the courts of the province of Quebec, judicial district of Saint-François.
