(referred to as “Aeronavette”). By accessing and using the Website, either directly or through an intermediary, you attest that you have read and understood the following Terms and Conditions and you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions set forth herein please do not access or use the Website.

USE OF THE WEBSITE

By accessing and using the Website, you attest that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of agreeing to the Terms and Conditions. You hereby agree to use the Website in accordance with the laws of Canada and the laws of the province of Quebec. You are strictly prohibited from causing damage when you access or use the Website including, but not limited to, restricting access to the Website or impairing its operation.

Aeronavette makes no warranties or representations of any kind, either express or implied, regarding the content of the Website. The Website is provided “as is” and you agree to access or use the Website at your own risk. Aeronavette may modify the content of the Website or the Terms and Conditions set forth herein, at any time and at its sole discretion, without prior notice or warning to you. You agree to be bound by any such modification to the Website or to the Terms and Conditions as soon as they are published on the Website. As such, we recommend that you revise the Terms and Conditions periodically when you access or use the Website. Aeronavette does not guarantee that the Website will be available at all times. Aeronavette reserves the right to restrict your use of the Website or to revoke the user name and password on your member account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice to you.

Aeronavette shall in no way be liable for any damages resulting from or connected to your access or use of the Website or any of its contents. If any claim or action should result from your access or use of the Website or any of its contents, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aeronavette against any losses, costs, damages, fees and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees and expenses).

Aeronavette collects information of a personal nature (e.g. name, phone number, email address, etc.) and information regarding your travel (e.g. flight information, shuttle departure point, etc.). Aeronavette will use and treat such information as detailed in the Privacy Policy, which can be accessed by clicking on “Privacy Policy” at the bottom of this page. You attest that all information you provide will be accurate.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless stated otherwise, all logos and content of the Website are the exclusive property of Aeronavette and subject to the applicable intellectual property laws of Canada. You may use the content of the Website in accordance with the applicable law. Any other use or any reproduction of any logo or content of the Website, in whole or in part, without Aeronavette’s prior written consent is strictly prohibited. The Website may also contain the names, trademarks and logos of third parties that are the exclusive property of their respective owners.

WHOLE AGREEMENT

The Terms and Conditions set forth herein, the Privacy Policy, the reservation and the shuttle ticket constitute the whole agreement between the Parties and will supersede any previous agreements or proposals between the Parties.

JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of Canada and the province of Quebec. All Parties agree to subject any disagreement between them to the exclusive competence of the courts of the province of Quebec, judicial district of Saint-François.
